Ms Rasin Yang is a qualified lawyer in China. She holds both Chinese law degree and English law degree, she possesses a unique and valuable expertise that bridges the legal systems of two major jurisdictions.

Ms Yang is a paralegal at Fairhill Solicitors, she provides immigration legal service with a focus on assisting Mandarin speaking clients.

Ms Yang also has extensive experience in providing legal service to Chinese and international clients on both corporate and personal matters. Prior to working in Fairhill Solicitors, she had worked in law firms in Beijing for a few years, assisted clients in M&A, anti-monopoly, corporate, litigation, and employment issues. She also worked as in-house legal counsel in an international oil & gas company, where she expanded experience in English law and cross border transactions, including provided counsel on international asset finance, cross border M&A and on issues in relation to off-shore companies etc.

Ms Yang speaks fluent English and Mandarin, she also speaks Spanish at communication level.
