WHAT WE OFFEROur Services

Recognised as an exceptional immigration law firm by our clients

Our objective is to provide immigration solutions that will enable you to achieve your wider personal and commercial goals with certainty. We offer high-level strategic advice to aid you in your relocation to the UK, be it for business, study, work or family reasons.

We provide the following type of services

  1. Initial Consultation
  2. Preparation and Submission of Immigration Applications
  3. Reviewing Immigration Applications
  4. Preparation and Representation in Immigration Appeals

In addition to our advisory services, we can prepare and file detailed representations for your immigration matter. Should you encounter an unforeseen or challenging circumstance due to visa refusal or your sponsor license being in jeopardy, we encourage you to reach out to us immediately. We can promptly draft comprehensive responses, appeals, and challenges.

We are able to assist you with the following types of cases:

  • all types of application for permission to entry and stay in the UK (also known as visas);
  • all types of application for indefinite leave to remain in the UK (also known as settlement or permanent residence);
  • all types of application to naturalise or register as a British citizen;
  • all types of application under the EU Settlement Scheme;
  • all administrative reviews, appeals to the First-tier Tribunal and Judicial Reviews.

After initial contact, we conduct an initial assessment to understand how we can assist you further. We will then typically offer you a fixed fee, but if that is not possible, we will provide you with a narrower fee estimate.

When we are working on your case, our service will typically involve:

  • taking detailed instructions from you, comprehensively assessing your situation, and advising on the best course of action;
  • giving you advice about the specific legal requirements that will need to be met and whether your case is likely to meet the criteria;
  • Requesting and analysing necessary information and evidence from you, initially and subsequently;
  • advising you on any aspects of the case that may need to be strengthened;
  • preparing and submitting the relevant case documents and forms;
  • informing you of the case’s outcome and any additional steps required;
  • if relevant, preparing or accompanying you to interviews or appeal hearings.

Once we receive all necessary information and evidence from you, we aim to prepare your case within a day or two. We commit to responding to you within 48 hours during the working week and regularly updating you on your case progress during the preparation phase.

Upon submitting the case to the relevant authorities (i.e., the Home Office or tribunal), the processing time falls under their rules. The Home Office is now able to process many immigration applications very quickly – sometimes on the next working day if you pay for one of their enhanced services. Unfortunately for other types of cases, it can take much longer and sometimes several months.
