Ms Elizaveta Maistrenko is a private client paralegal who specialises in all aspects of UK immigration work. Her work focuses on both business and personal immigration matters, ranging from assisting companies with obtaining sponsor licences to advising individuals on how they can work in the UK.

Ms Maistrenko is a Ukrainian-qualified lawyer and a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, with professional experience in both Ukraine and the United Kingdom. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law and a Master’s degree in International Private Law, bringing a strong international and cross-border perspective to her practice.

In addition to immigration law, Ms Maistrenko has experience assisting with family law and private client matters, including pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce proceedings, estate planning, wills and lasting powers of attorney.

Prior to working in the UK, Ms Maistrenko practised as a junior lawyer in Ukraine and completed internships with leading Ukrainian law firms, judicial institutions and notarial practices. Her earlier experience included contract drafting and negotiation, international legal research, intellectual property matters, corporate support and private wealth issues involving multiple jurisdictions.

Ms Maistrenko is fluent in English and bilingual in Ukrainian and Russian and has started learning French.
