Dmytro Tupchiienko FRSA FCIArb FICFA FCIM FRSS MBCS MEWI has over 25 years of experience, having worked as a locum tenens for legal and professional services firms, including ‘Magic Circle’ and ‘Big 4′. He was an advisor on several international development projects in Central & Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. In 2016, he acted as an expert evaluator for the EU Horizon-2020 Secure Societies calls. In January 2018, he was an expert witness to the House of Commons’ Brexit Select Committee.

Dmytro has degrees from LSE, Cambridge, Leeds, Louvain, and Bochum, and is a lecturer in IT and Internet Law (MSc Information Security and Digital Forensics module) at one of the London universities. He is admitted to practice in Ukraine, is a foreign member of the Bar in in Belgium and Germany; a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the SRA and is a studying member of Middle Temple. In addition to that, Dmytro is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator with CIArb, and Level 1 Immigration Advisor with the Immigration Advice Authority. He speaks 11 languages and is a Certified Expert Witness for civil and criminal cases in England, Wales, and Scotland. Dmytro is also a retired Special Constable of the City of London Police. He is currently on a pathway to become an English solicitor, pursuing his SQE-1 exams, and being exempted from SQE-2.
